Join us on Sunday 24 April and discover special sculptures by Rotterdam artists in Rotterdam Noord. The special guests, artist Marcelle van Bemmel and Marjolijn van der Meijden (project leader BKOR), share their knowledge during this art walk. With their anecdotes they color a surprising route along a selection of sculptures by different artists such as Madeleine Berkhemer, Herman Lamers, Leendert Bolle, Loeki Metz, Karel Appel, Jeroen Doorenweerd, Henk Visch, Marcelle van Bemmel, Onno Poiesz, Guido Marsille and Klaas Gubbels. . Through the stories of Van Bemmel and Van der Meijden you gain insight into what is involved in placing a work of art in public space.
