Due to its great success, BKOR is once again offering the art walk From Price to Price on! On Sunday morning, December 1st, we will organize the walk that was created on the occasion of the new route map that we recently released for the exhibition Matter of Place by Thomas J Price in the Kunsthal. Led by art guide Anne-Marie Ros, we will reflect on a selection of artworks that function as a mirror or magnifying glass of what we see, think and feel. Why do the sculptures by Thomas J Price have hollow eyes, Picasso's Sylvette see themselves from a different angle or does a bag of rubble turn out to be a female figure? As we walk, we give meaning to the works of art we encounter, to the imagination of emotion, power and representation.
All participants will once again receive a copy of Art Route Rotterdam, from Price to Price.
Visit Kunsthal
As part of the walk we will pay a short visit to the recently opened exhibition of Price in the Kunsthal. We will conclude at the sculpture Reaching Out (2020), the sculpture that can be seen temporarily on the square in front of the entrance to the Kunsthal. Afterwards, everyone will receive a copy of the yellow booklet: Art Route Rotterdam, from Price to Price.

About our art routes
In recent years, BKOR has developed various art routes that lead past many works of art spread throughout the city. All routes are offered as a PDF in Dutch and English via this website, but a foldable map is also still available for free at Rotterdam Tourist Information on Stationsplein. The routes have also been made accessible for your mobile phone without having to download an app. Go to www.bkor.nl/routes, select the route you want to walk or cycle and see where you are on the map. Enjoy walking or cycling!
