In recent years, BKOR has created various art routes, which lead past many works of art spread throughout the city. These will be from today routes via the menu on our website offered, so that the walking and cycling routes are more accessible to a large audience. The route maps are also still available for free at Rotterdam Tourist Information on the Coolsingel and at the Stationsplein.

The following five art routes are available:
Kunstroute Rotterdam, from Zuidplein to Rotterdam Central
Art route Rotterdam, from Westersingel to Wilhelminapier
Light route
Rotterdam
Single route, Rotterdam North
Feijenoord Monumental

Each route consists of a map, on which all works of art are indicated. Each artwork has a photo and background information in Dutch, and most cards also in English. The route maps can be downloaded and possibly printed at home. The BKOR website offers an overview of more than 700 public works of art and paintings in Rotterdam. By means of many photos and additional information such as articles, videos and publications, information is provided about the enormous collection of visual art that Rotterdam has to offer.

Since 2015, BKOR has been developing art routes through the various neighborhoods of Rotterdam. In May we will present another new map: Art route Hoogvliet. This walking and cycling route shows sixteen well-known and lesser-known works of art and takes the visitor along the many green areas and the rich city history of Hoogvliet. Keep an eye on our website, newsletter and social media for the festive launch.
