For the second edition of the Pow! Wow! festival in 2019, Saïd Kinos made this mural on Johannes Brandstraat. Saïd Kinos (Rotterdam, 1988) lives and works in Rotterdam. He studied at the Willem de Kooning Academy and obtained his bachelor's degree in Graphic Design there. His work shows his fascination with how people communicate with each other. Kinos' greatest sources of inspiration are language, symbols, typography and (social) media. High contrast, lively use of color and typography in particular are recognizable for his style. His paintings can be found in London, Denver, Los Angeles, Guangzhou and Japan. In 2019 he was part of the PowWow festival.
