The third edition of the free Z-Files newspaper is out! The newspaper informs about everything that is currently worth knowing in the field of art and public space in Rotterdam. The main theme of this issue is reconstruction art, because Rotterdam is celebrating the city! Seventy-five years after the reconstruction started, we look back and look forward to the new city, and visual arts played a very important role from the start. You can read all about this in this new edition of the newspaper, because as part of this manifestation, CBK Rotterdam this spring and summer the Art and the City. The exhibition is in TENT Utopian Dreams to see; in the Museum Park there will be a pop-up outdoor exhibition with temporary works of art; Siebe Thissen wrote the new book Sculptures. Urban embellishment in Rotterdam since 1940 in which almost all works of art of Rotterdam pass by! In this newspaper a preview about the Communication column by André Volten from this book. In addition, we organize an extra large Z-files talk show, two spectacular light projects and a program of lectures, debates and guided tours about post-war reconstruction art in Rotterdam.
